Professional Spa and Wellness Convention 2014 to focus on spa marketing, employee engagement and going green

This year's Professional Spa and Wellness Convention will cover key topics and issues affecting the international spa market, from social media strategies, spa architecture and employee engagement to spa marketing, the viability of medi-spas and how spas can go green.

The speaker line up includes, Aldina Duarte Ramos, director of development, wellbeing activities at Sofitel and Thalassa Sea and Spa; Corinna Yapp, director of sales at Como Shambhala Estate; Greg Payne, spa operations director at Amanresorts International; Kathryn Moore, director of operations at Mspa International and Paul Hawco, director of Talise spa operations at Jumeirah.

Returning after a successful 2013 event, which attracted 340 senior spa and wellness industry speakers and delegates from around the globe, the 2014 convention will be held on Sunday February 23 and Monday February 24 at ExCel, London.

New for 2014, the convention will kick off with a workshop, on Saturday 22 February, on spa psychology, led by Neil Orvay, co-founder of award-winning Hong Kong spa chain Sense of Touch.
